State Representative Vicki Truitt Announces Kickoff

of Annual District 98 Coffee Tour

          SOUTHLAKE, TX - “The coffee's on me,” said State Representative Vicki Truitt as she announced the kickoff of what is an annual District 98 Coffee Tour.

          The annual tour offers constituents a convenient opportunity to visit with Representative Truitt about issues and concerns.  “Constituent communication has always been a top priority for me.  I don’t want my constituents to have to come looking for me.  The coffee tour makes it convenient for my constituents to have access to their state representative,” said Truitt.

         Representative Truitt will begin her tour in Keller on Friday, January 6, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Snooty Pig Cafe (1540 Keller Parkway, Suite 107).  The tour will continue until Representative Truitt has had coffee in all the communities she serves. 

         The hours are from 7 to 9 a.m. on the following dates at the following locations:

                              Colleyville - Jan. 13 at Market Street- upstairs

                              Grapevine - Jan. 20 at Waffle Way

                              Southlake and Westlake - Jan. 27 at Corner Bakery and Café

                              Ft. Worth - Feb.3 at Starbucks, 8004 Denton Hwy., Suite 210 in Watauga 

         “In this convenient and informal setting, a person can come in, grab a cup of coffee, ask me a question or share a concern, and then continue on with his or her day.  I’ll buy.” said Truitt.
